11 May 2020

We are pleased to announce that we are launching a phased return to construction across all of our development sites.

Whilst construction sites have been deemed a permitted activity by the Government subject to maintaining social distancing and other guidance, we considered it essential that procedures were put in place to ensure the health and wellbeing of our workforce and their families.  We therefore took the difficult decision to close the business with effect from 24th March. Following this closure, we have been developing new working practices and protocols, taking into account guidance from Government, the HSE and other organisations, to enable a phased return to work.

As a result of the hard work and dedication of our team, our Site Management team introduced a phased return at our Hayle development on 6th April for essential works and to trial the new practices, due to a successful period of refining our practices, we are pleased to announce will be implementing a phased return of the workforce across all developments from 11th May. Due to the new procedures and protocols, it will take some time for us to re-establish our build programme so please bear with us as we work hard to get back to building your new homes.

The Company Head Office will still remain closed and will operate with remote working practices. All calls and emails will still be monitored and responded to as quickly as possible should you need to contact us.

We are grateful for the on-going support and encouragement we have received from all of our dedicated teams and loyal customers during these challenging times.

Most importantly please take care of yourselves and your families.
